Alappuzha, often called the "Venice of the East," is known for its intricate backwaters and flourishing coir industry. This industry, while prosperous, also produces vast amounts of waste in the form of coir husks and fibers. Our founder, Ardra S Nair, saw an opportunity in this waste—an opportunity to turn what was once discarded into something valuable and eco-friendly.

Driven by a passion for sustainability and innovation, Ardra, along with co-director Silpa S Nair, embarked on a journey to transform coir waste into compostable containers. These containers are designed to meet the rigorous standards of the cosmetic, food, and pharmaceutical industries while helping to preserve our planet. Through meticulous research and development, Greenamor has crafted packaging solutions that are not only environmentally friendly but also practical and efficient.
